Walks from Ghyll Pool: Black Crag

This is an outstanding walk up the fell that overlooks Ghyll Pool. There are superb views almost every step of the way. The first third includes some lane walking but please do not let this put you off: these lanes are far too good to rush along in a car and a delight to walk to enjoy the wonderful scenery all around.
